Make time for you

If you are anything like me, sometimes you can feel slightly overwhelmed by all the things you have to do - cooking, cleaning, washing. Looking after the kids and your partner if you have them. Making sure you perform at work, trying to find time to see friends and family - it's a pretty busy life isn't it?

Although we need some stress in our lives (some stress is actually good for us) too much stress is seriously unhealthy. This is true for male and females, regardless of age. 

Exercise (especially outdoors) is one way of helping you deal with stress. Taking some time out for yourself is an essential part of you being fit, happy and healthy. 

The type of exercise you take is also extremely important and you don't need to workout for hours and hours to see results. 

Three or four sessions a week of 20-30 minute sessions are all that is needed. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a brilliant way to train and is the foundation of all of Isle LoseIt's workouts. Using all your muscles during every workout is key for burning fat. Did you know that muscle is in fact, the only material in your body that actually does burn fat? So the more of it you have, the better it is.

Not only that but working out within a team of like minded individuals really does help to bring out the best in you!
