How to burn more fat
There are a number of ways to burn body fat and the following factors all play an important roll in our ability to do just that:
* What we eat
* How we rest from exercise
* How we sleep
* How we manage stress
* What we drink
and of course how we exercise.
HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) has been proven over and over again to burn more fat than what we call 'steady state aerobic activity' ie, jogging.
And you don't have to take my word for that. If you google HIIT you will find an abundance of research that all says the same thing - IT WORKS!
I have been using HIIT training personally for the last 12 years and I still enjoy it today.
The beauty of it is that you don't need to exercise for long periods - 20-25 minutes is more than enough to get the full benefit of this style of training. That makes it PERFECT for those of us who don't have hours and hours to work out!
