We love Sundays!

Yesterday I announced some exciting news regarding Isle Lose It's 0930-1015 Sunday morning fitness camp sessions - they are now available to non Isle Lose It members as a pay as you go fitness session option!

All current Isle Lose It members can already attend Sunday camp as part of their membership, but to give non members even more of a hand getting fit and healthy for Xmas it is now open to you too. 

So, if you are:

* Already working out with us (Vibe, HiitRide, Boxercise, Insanity, Kettlebell & Core Express) you can come along to Sunday camp at the reduced rate of just £5. 

* Already a regular exerciser elsewhere but would love an extra workout session in your week, you can also come along and join us for the usual payg rate of £6. 

Sunday sessions are more suitable for people who are ALREADY used to working out and who already exercise regularly (intermediate to advanced levels). 
 


If you are new to exercise but thinking of joining us then you would benefit more from coming to the next Isle Lose It guest week, which starts Monday 20th November (for more information please email info@isleloseit.com

Not only that, but all Sunday camp attendees will receive a 14 day nutrition programme that runs alongside our exercise programme for amazing results - and all in time for Xmas.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure a Sunday place and can be paid by card or standing order. 

Sunday 'open' camps will start on Sunday 19th November and run through until December.
