Isle Lose It Fitness Camps
What are we all about?
Isle lose it specialises in helping adults (both men and women) who want to:
Improve overall fitness
Feel happier and more confident
Love their bodies again!
Established since October 2010, Isle Lose It has helped hundreds of people change their lifestyles for the better.
Our fitness camp sessions are all based on HIIT principles (high intensity fitness training), which is guaranteed to raise metabolic rate and promote fat loss. The sessions are only 45 minutes long and are suitable for complete beginners right up to advanced participants.
Our campers are among the most friendly people you could ever meet and you would soon feel like one of the team.
Whilst we don’t promote dieting (no calorie counting with Isle Lose It) we do promote a wholefood diet and we have our own tried and tested nutrition plan which is available to all members.
Not only that, but we also have our own private VIP Facebook support group where we offer ongoing support for all members.
You'll find us on Epworth Thurlow Field, Station Road, Epworth.
3 free sessions
If you join us as a new or returning customer, during week one of our four week blocks, you will get 3 FREE sessions across the week. For dates of the next free week, contact Sue at email@example.com
If your goal is results, then consistency is key.
Fitness camp sessions take place as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 06.15am - 07.00am, 09.30am - 10.15am & 6.30pm - 7.15pm and Sunday 09.30am - 10.15am.
All members have the option to swap and change fitness camp sessions to suit their week, so there is plenty of flexibility, even for those who work shifts.
We do recommend that for maximum benefit you attend 3 camp sessions per week.
"There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing"
With an outdoor workout, it is crucial to dress for the weather. Whether it is sunshine or rain, we recommend at the very least:
All Isle Lose It Members get a 10% discount with local running shop Metres to Miles, just let Julian and Cheryl know that you're a camper!
We also recommend that you bring along some water as you will need to hydrate throughout the workout.
